About Us

We have collaborated with Marshall Goldsmith on an acclaimed series of books and CDs to present to the public the techniques and learning experiences that heretofore have only been available to a select group of senior executives. Go to our purchasing page to browse and buy.

His proven, common sense approach to personal development works for everyone who has a relationship with other people--in other words, everyone! This is suitable for management, corporate, and team leadership training and coaching.

Secrets of a Leadership Coach contains 5 separate courses, available individually or as a package:
1. Executive Coaching Techniques
2. Developing Ourselves as Leaders
3. Developing Others
4. Developing a Team
5. Practice Files (including pre- and post-course assessments, and files that provide you with your short custom action program)
We recommend you buy the whole Secrets of a Leadership Coach package online or on CD for the most thorough experience, or at least one of the first four, and then part 5 to experience the process of interactively developing a program. The text-only  Secrets of a Leadership Coach Guidebook includes all five sections. (This would make a great handout for your employees.) If a reader wants to get only one CD, we recommend part 1 as the best overall introduction.

The series is also available as interactive web-based courses. That is the most cost-effective for large groups. Buy them individually or for small groups at http://www.uohc.com/alpha_courselist.htm or contact sales@uohc.com for large group sales.

ENDORSEMENTS:

"Secrets of a Leadership Coach is an outstanding presentation of principles of leadership based on sound psychological and management theory and research. It employs programming that enabled me to interact with the subject matter and become actively involved in the learning process. Every potential user, from the sophisticated manager to the novice, will find this CD engaging and useful. It is the best CD I have seen on the subject."

Seymour Feshbach, Former Chairman, Dept. of Psychology, UCLA.

"Secrets of a Leadership Coach is a wonderful product.  Even after being coached by one of the authors, I benefited from and enjoyed the CD. The video segments  make it lively. I particularly enjoyed the video role plays at  the end of each section. The different formats used in  questions kept me engaged in the learning process. In  summary, this is an innovative idea for training with modern tools, and it helped me become a better manager."
